The current political climate is tumultuous. the culture wars playing out are just plain exhausting. Brands have to tread lightly or #DeleteUber (yes, I was at Uber for this. it was a communication nightmare).
So how do you communicate your positioning on sensitive topics without sounding insincere or bandwagon-y? There's a lot of thought and social real estate that goes into "social impact" campaigns.
